I just want say this is the best shop for water filters and customer service in Sydney. The service I got was more than 5 stars. My review is a bit delayed from purchase date, apologies. I got an under sink water filter to replace a system that was no longer being made and a shower filter. They were so informative re. what I had and what could be compatible. I got such great service. Thank you ladies.

We have been using the Ultra High Purity Plus Bench Top reverse osmosis filter for 2 years now and it is a fantastic product. Initially we had issues fitting it to our taps, however the team at The Water Shop were amazing, shipping me a new part for free to resolve my issue. When needing replacement filters the team are proactive in letting you know when you should replace them, and their staff, especially Sue, are friendly and extremely helpful with amazing customer service.

Good service and nice staff. I bought a replacement filter in this shop and installed it in a wrong way with inlet installed on the outlet side and I was not able to unplug them. I phoned the shop and the staff said that a professional would give me a call shortly. I received a call in a few minutes and the guy learned my problem and he sent me a short video to solve the problem. Helpful staff and good product.

BE AWARE FAKE ADVERTISMENT !!! I bought the portable one because I was moving 2 months after to an other flat ,ended up that it doesnt fit on this new tap and they only give me ridiculous solucions like modifying my modern tap for a classic one , or installing it in the laundry or in a bathroom ?? Or to spend 400$ to install an undersink one ... I asked for the refound and they didnt want to although the advertisment said " it will fit to your actual tap" not it fits to "most"tap waters...
